The Asset Management team provides bespoke, high level strategic assistance to a wide range of blue chip clients, either with an existing property portfolio, or to those who wish to expand, or dispose of assets.

In addition to the above, we provide management services for highly complex infrastructure concession projects, focusing on the delivery of agreed services at the required standards, therefore minimising the risk of deductions arising out of services failures against the agreed KPIs.

Focused largely on strategic advice and the Investment, Development and Financial Services sectors, we take an holistic approach to property and infrastructure and have been very successful in providing advice from pre-acquisition, through the due diligence process to Practical Completion and throughout the long term management of the operational phase of projects.

Examples of our expertise include:

• Providing strategic procurement planning and managing the national roll out programmes for financial and high street retailers from pre-acquisition to construction.
• Advising International Banks and Investment Funds on the acquisition, procurement, construction and operation of international infrastructure projects to achieve strict investment returns.
• Acting for major European Banks to provide due diligence advice and monitoring the development facilities, including 30,000 sq. ft of speculative offices and a 90 bedroom hotel in the City of London.
• Offering strategic advice and management of a programme to increase the asset value of large portfolios of high street retail units, involving disposal, refurbishment, conversion and alterations.
